How to Configure Your Internet Router ID: Complete Tutorial (Dadulink Guide)

Is your internet down because your router was reset to default? Don't worry! This step-by-step guide will show you how to reconfigure your internet ID (PPPoE credentials) and get back online.

Step 1: Connect to the Default Network

When a router resets, its Wi-Fi name changes to "Wireless Net." To connect to it initially, use the password: eeeeeeee (the letter 'e' typed 8 times). (0:25 - 0:57)

Step 2: Access the Router Admin Panel

Open your preferred web browser (Google Chrome is recommended).

Enter 192.168.100.1 in the address bar and press Enter. (1:02 - 1:14)

Log in using the following credentials:

Username: telecomadmin

Password: admintelecom (1:20 - 1:30)

Step 3: WAN Configuration (Setting up the ID)

Once logged in, navigate to the Advanced tab (1:39):

Go to WAN Configuration.

Click New to create a new profile.

Change the protocol from IPoE to PPPoE.

Click Apply to save your settings.

Step 4: Finalize and Personalize

After applying the settings, verify that your internet is working by checking the status under the WAN tab (4:16 - 4:28). Once connected, you can go to the WLAN settings to rename your Wi-Fi and set a secure, personalized password. (4:31 - 4:41)

Additional Tips
